Measuring Soybean & Canola Oil with ZT100 Water-In-Oil Monitor
Following the success in measuring one of world's most consumed vegetable oil (palm oil), we continue to strive in finding out the next 2 most consumed vegetable oil used to date. Soybean & canola oil.
Utilizing the standard default setting, the ZT100 is able to measure both soybean & canola oil within a resolution of ±0.01% (100ppm) of reading.
Depending on the various chains of the process where water content may vary, the primary purpose of this tests were conducted to indicate suitability for very low water content ranges. However, the ZT100 measures ALL forms of water in oil including FREE WATER!
